While tail nicking is not illegal in the TWH world, when done at home there is a major risk to the health of the horse, and it is frowned upon by the AVMA and AAEP.

The 1999 celebration should be posted on facebook website. The horse champagn watchout looks so much happier and natural. Look at the horses doing the canter next to champagne watchout.
