I found out that the Federal Registrar is going to be down for maintenance this weekend, so the due date to put in comments about the proposal by the HSUS, ASPCA, et. al. is now JUNE 10, THIS FRIDAY. I found out that the HSUS and the ASPCA also sent out action alerts concerning the new bill that's trying to be passed in the House. I wanted to at least get this posted so everyone knows about the new deadline while I keep gathering information about their action alerts. If you're a member of either, you might want to check your inboxes and/or spam boxes for information.
